Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Because our products (Chicken and Mutton) are perishable goods, our return policy differs from standard retail. To ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards, we offer a limited window for returns and refunds.

Complaints or return requests must be raised at the time of delivery or within 2–4 hours of receiving the order.


Returns & Replacements

Meat is classified as a perishable item and is generally non-returnable. However, we accept returns or offer replacements in the following specific cases:

  • Incorrect Item: If you received a different item than what you ordered (e.g., Chicken instead of Mutton).
  • Quality Issues: If the meat is not fresh or has an unusual odor upon delivery.
  • Weight Discrepancy: If the weight of the delivered product is significantly less than what was billed.

Eligibility Conditions for Return:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. It must be in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Issues must be reported immediately to our delivery partner or customer care number.

Refunds

Once your complaint is verified and the item is inspected:

  • We will offer an immediate replacement with fresh stock.
  • If a replacement is not possible or desired, we will approve your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet) within 1–3 working days.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Damage or spoilage due to improper storage or failure to refrigerate the meat after delivery.
  • Complaints raised more than 4 hours after the delivery time.
  • Products that have already been cooked or partially consumed.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our shop. Once the meat has been cut and packed specifically for your order, cancellations cannot be accepted.
