We deliver within Nagpur city only
Delivery time will be communicated at time of order
Delivery charges may apply based on location
We are not responsible for delays due to traffic or weather

Cash on Delivery (COD) accepted
Online payments via Razorpay — UPI, Card, Net Banking
Payment must be completed before or at delivery
All online transactions are secure and encrypted

4. Refund & Returns

Fresh products once delivered cannot be returned
If wrong product delivered, contact us within 2 hours with photo/video proof
Refund processed within 5-7 business days if issue verified
No refund if wrong address given by customer
